SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to aura-smart.co! We work closely with vetted international suppliers and logistics partners to bring you the latest smart products directly to your doorstep.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Because we source smart products globally, shipping times vary depending on your destination:

• United States & Canada: 7 – 14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 15 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

*Note: Deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to high order volume, customs processing, or weather events.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different fulfillment warehouses or suppliers. In these cases, your products may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual package.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
aura-smart.co is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at auraritual2002@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot change addresses once the package has entered fulfillment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
aura-smart.co is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
