REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At aura-smart.co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart tech devices and digital accessories. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for eligible items. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original, unused, and unactivated condition.
• It must include all original packaging, hardware, accessories, manuals, and cable ties.
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT TECH ITEMS
Because we ship delicate electronics and tech gear, items may occasionally suffer damage during transit or arrive with manufacturing flaws. 
• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at auraritual2002@gmail.com.
• Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage.
• Once verified, we will issue a free replacement unit or a full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to pay return shipping for confirmed defective or damaged goods.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Digital downloads, software keys, or downloadable digital products once issued or redeemed.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged through misuse, improper setup, water damage (unless rated waterproof), or unauthorized repair attempts.
• Items returned without prior contact and authorization from our team.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at auraritual2002@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, our support team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the parcel.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all accessories.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For standard returns (change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction.
